Chelsea are reportedly targeting a move for Ukrainian international striker Artem Dovbyk, who has been in impressive form for Girona in La Liga. The Blues are looking to strengthen their attacking options in the January transfer window, and Dovbyk is a top priority on their wishlist, as per reports from The Sun.
Dovbyk's stellar performances have played a significant role in Girona's success in La Liga, where they currently sit in second place, surpassing traditional giants Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. The 26-year-old striker, who joined Girona in the summer from Dnipro-1, has amassed 11 goals and provided five assists in 17 games in the Spanish top-flight this season. Reportedly valued at £39 million, Dovbyk is under contract with Girona until 2028.
Monaco set sihgts on Kehrer
AS Monaco are set to make a move in the January transfer window to acquire Thilo Kehrer from West Ham, as reported by Matteo Moretto.
The defender, joined West Ham in the summer of 2022, having previously made 85 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain. His career commenced in Germany with Schalke 04.
PSG-target Moscardo set to undergo foot surgery
Gabriel Moscardo is set to face a temporary setback in joining Paris Saint-Germain as he revealed in a social media post that he will undergo surgery on his left foot.
“After recent exams, it seems necessary to undergo this preventive operation, which will keep me off the field for the next three months,” Moscardo wrote. “This will allow me to return stronger and pursue my career.”
Despite the unexpected surgery, PSG remains committed to the acquisition, having advanced in negotiations and concluded the purchase for €20 million, with an additional €2 million in bonuses.
