Harry Kane, con casi total seguridad, no seguirá en el Tottenham este verano. El futbolista no quiere renovar su contrato con los 'Spurs' y su club le buscará una salida. Kane finaliza contrato el 30 de junio y el Tottenham no puede dejarle marchar sin ingresar dinero por el ariete, que podría permanecer en la Premier. Según The Guardian, el presidente del Tottenham, Daniel Levy, ha sido informado por el propietario mayoritario del club, Joe Lewis, de que no se puede permitir que el delantero agote su contrato y se marche a cambio de nada el año que viene.
Kane entra ahora en la recta final de su contrato con el Tottenham, pero lo normal sería que no volviese a disputar ningún partido más con los 'Lilywhites'. El conjunto londinense, pese a insistir que su delantero no está en venta y que le han propuesto un interesantísimo contrato, sigue recibiendo ofertas por uno de los nombres del verano. Primeramente, la que parece tener más fuerza: el Bayern Múnich necesita firmar a Kane.
El futbolista inglés, además, era el objetivo número 1 del United en verano, antes de que el club decidiera renunciar a intentar su fichaje debido a la dificultad de negociar con Levy. Pero los 'red devils' son plenamente conscientes de que el Tottenham, si no convence al futbolista de que renueve, tiene la necesidad de venderle para no dejarle escapar gratis.
En principio, el fichaje rondará los 100 millones de libras, algo que no significaría un problema para le conjunto de Manchester. Sí que podría suponer un inconveniente su salario. Los medios ingleses estiman que Kane percibirá cerca de 30 millones de libras al año.
El United no quiere romper su estructura salarial para que no se rompa el espíritu de equipo que quiere transmitir Erik ten Hag ha fomentado en el club desde que asumió el cargo de entrenador el año pasado. De hecho, según apunta The Guardian, el holandés parece haber cambiado ya de objetivo en lo que respecta al fichaje de un nuevo delantero centro, con Rasmus Højlund, del Atalanta, como firme objetivo.
