Gerard López, presidente del Girondins, pide que se repita el encuentro "en nombre de la equidad deportiva", algo que también reclama el Annecy, en puestos de descenso
Tras la interrupción del caótico partido que enfrentó a Girondins de Burdeos y Rodez el pasado viernes (0-1) por la agresión de un aficionado local a un jugador del Rodez, el Girondins alegará este lunes ante la Liga de Fútbol Profesional (LFP), un procedimiento disciplinario para validar la clasificación final de la segunda división, que también mantiene en vilo a Metz y Annecy.
Después que los visitantes se adelantaran en el marcador, un aficionado bordelés entró al césped y empujó al delantero Lucas Buades, que se desplomó en el suelo, "conmocionado", según el árbitro del partido. Durante el día de hoy se ha conocido que el agresor será juzgado en noviembre por las autoridades francesas tras la denuncia impuesta por el jugador.
Respecto a la decisión sobre los puntos, el Comité de Disciplina de la LFP anunció que se reunirá al mediodía, y tendrá en sus manos el destino de varios clubes, por lo que su decisión será escrutada en todos los rincones de Francia. La tormentosa jornada 38 no permitió establecer con certeza la clasificación final de esta Ligue 2 debido a la parada en el minuto 22 de un partido crucial, el Burdeos-Rodez. Ahora mismo el Metz se encuentra segundo, en posición de ascenso en detrimento del Girondins, mientras que el Annecy estaría en puestos de descenso a diferencia del Rodez.
El Burdeos tiene la intención de "hacer valer todos sus derechos, así como sus derechos de apelación", como anunció su presidente, Gerard López, el viernes por la noche. Claramente, tiene la intención de pedir a las autoridades que repita el encuentro "en nombre de la equidad deportiva", según describe una fuente cercana al club. La propuesta obviamente es compartida por el Annecy, que todavía espera mantenerse gracias a una derrota o un empate en Rodez.
El presidente del Annecy también quiso defender la integridad de la competición: "No podemos cerrar un campeonato con tanto en juego en una decisión que daría como resultado un partido ganado con la alfombra verde que, en consecuencia, condena a otro club. Hay una equidad que debe mantenerse", aseguró Sébastien Faraglia a AFP.
