Este martes, el diario británico Independent asegura que el Tottenham de Pochettino se ha sumado a la puja por el extremo de Cardiff.
Según la publicación inglesa, el Tottenham planea una operación para traer de vuelta al futbolista que vendió al Madrid por 101 millones de euros en verano de 2013. Dicha operación incluiría un recorte salarial para Bale, que seguiría cobrando 11 millones netos del club, pero que debería renunciar a los ingresos que recibe por otros tratos comerciales relacionados con el Madrid (Independent asegura que estos superan los 14 millones anuales). Estos datos contractuales serían muy similares a los que actualmente cobra el jugador insignia del Tottenham, Harry Kane, por lo que Bale no sería el jugador mejor pagado del equipo londinense. Eso sí, el Tottenham confía en que a pesar de estas rebajas salariales, las ganas del galés de jugar todos los minutos que no dispone en Madrid y de volver al equipo en el que explotó como jugador serían suficientes para convencer al galés.
