Lo cierto es que los de Tite se pasearon por La Paz, cuya altura no pareció pasar factura a los brasileños. Paquetá (23'), Richarlison (44' y 90') y Guimaraes (65') fueron los autores de los goles, que pudieron ser más por las claras oportunidades que generó el cuadro brasileño ante el meta Rubén Cordano.
