El Nápoles sigue siendo líder de la Serie A tras vencer en casa de la Salernitana de Franck Ribéry (0-1) y a pesar de que el partido no le resultó plácido al equipo de Luciano Spalletti en el derbi de la Campania. Pero un gol de Piotr Zielinski permitió al conjunto partenopeo sumar un nuevo triunfo en su sueño de conquistar su tercer 'scudetto', tras los dos de la era de Diego Armando Maradona (1986 y 87, 1989 y 90). Precisamente los aficionados del Nápoles celebraron en la ciudad partenopea este sábado 30 de noviembre el que hubiera sido el 61 cumpleaños del fallecido mítico exjugador.
Pese a su derrota, la Salernitana, penúltima de la Serie A, hizo un partido correcto. Aunque el Nápoles empezó practicando un gran juego, el equipo de Stefano Colantuono resistió sin encajar un gol hasta el minuto 61.
Fue entonces cuando Zielinski, tras un disparo de Petagna seguido de varios rechaces, conectó un disparo que batió a Vid Belec. La segunda parte se fue complicando. Grigoris Kastanos vio la roja por parte de la Salernitana en el 70' (por su dura entrada sobre Zambo Anguissa) y Kalidou Koulibaly, en el 77' por el Nápoles (por su entrada sobre Simy y después de que el árbitro examinara la jugada a través del VAR). Inicialmente el colegiado mostró solo tarjeta amarilla a Kastano, pero le expulsó tras examinar la jugada vía VAR.
Lo cierto es que la Salernitana hizo sufrir en la recta final del partido al líder Nápoles, atacando, en busca del gol del empate y pudo incluso marcar. Pero el equipo de Spalletti supo defender su ventaja, con un firma David Ospina bajo palos, y lograr tres puntos en un campo en que se puede ganar o perder una Serie A.
