En Nervión nada ha cambiado: si un club quiere al central francés, se le remitirá a la cláusula de 90 millones de euros
A día 23 de agosto, ni hay oferta formal del Chelsea por Jules Koundé, ni se están produciendo negociaciones entre el Sevilla y el club de Londres. A pesar de que están produciéndose varias informaciones en diferentes medios de comunicación en las últimas horas, la realidad es que, según ha podido saber Goal, no hay novedad con el futuro de Koundé. El futbolista sigue tranquilo, inmerso en la dinámica competitiva del Sevilla, y el club tiene clara su hoja de ruta. Y en la cúpula sevillista hay consenso. El club de Nervión no se va mover un centímetro de su postura inicial. Si existe interés fuerte en el jugador por parte del Chelsea o de cualquier otro club potente de Europa, que pasen por "caja", porque no hay urgencia por vender a Koundé.
Tanto el presidente Pepe Castro, como el director deportivo Monchi, como el entrenador Julen Lopetegui, siguen trabajando en la planificación de una plantilla que no para de potenciarse. Así que, en el caso de Koundé, la calma es absoluta. Fuentes sevillistas insisten a Goal en que no existe oferta formal de club a club, que hasta el momento no se negocia con nadie y que, a ocho días del cierre de mercado, que se producirá el 31 de agosto a las 00.00 horas, el Sevilla sigue teniendo la sartén por el mango con un gran futbolista que tiene contrato en vigor. Su cláusula es la que es: 80 millones de euros. O mejor dicho, 90 desde el pasado 15 de agosto. Una cifra prohibiva en un mercado a la baja. Si alguien viene con ese dinero, nada que hacer. Y si alguien seacerca a esa cantidad, se estudiará. Pero por parte del SFC no se dará ningún paso en falso.
Nada ha cambiado con Koundé. Si llega una oferta cercana a la cláusula, se escuchará. En caso contrario, se hará oídos sordos. Y si nadie viene con el dinero que el Sevilla pide, Koundé se quedará en un club que sigue sin parar de crecer, donde está plenamente integrado y donde es realmente feliz. El club sigue trabajando a destajo para conseguir más llegadas. Cerrados los fichajes de Montiel, Augustinsson y Rafa Mir, además de Dmitrovic y Lamela, el club está más pendiente de reforzarse que de debilitarse. Monchi sigue gestionando el capítulo de altas y bajas con discreción, con el ánimo de darle a Lopetegui la mejor plantilla posible.
Y el mensaje que mana desde las oficinas de Eduardo Dato es claro: hay noticias que van más rápido que la realidad, no hay negociación con ningún club y hasta la fecha, no ha llegado ninguna oferta por Koundé. ¿Llegará esa oferta antes del final de mercado? Está por ver. Lo que es obvio es que nada ha cambiado en Nervión. Koundé tiene cláusula y contrato en vigor.
