El club inglés confía en poder abordar el fichaje del extremo luso por unos 25 millones de euros, confiando la operación al intermediario Jorge Mendes

Una cantidad que, en estos momentos y obligado por la necesidad de vender para cuadrar cuentas, sería casi irrechazable por el Valencia CF. Los "Wolves", uno de los equipos satélites del "superagente" Jorge Mendes, que tiene una excelente relación con Peter Lim, aspiran a madurar el fichaje y poder firmar a Guedes con un traspaso antes del 31 de agosto, fecha en la que cierra el mercado. José Bordalás no quiere perder al jugador, pero sabe que las necesidades económicas del club son las que son.
Guedes siempre ha sido objeto de deseo del Wolverhampton, que sigue buscando reforzar su plantilla para este curso en la Premier League.
