El PSG de Mauricio Pochettino no desiste en su intento de lograr una cuarta Ligue 1 consecutiva. Sigue dependiendo del Lille, pero el líder pinchó ante el Saint-Étienne (0-0) y solo tendrá un punto de ventaja en la última jornada en Angers, ya que los parisinos cumplieron con su cometido ante el Reims (4-0) antes de finalizar el campeonato visitando al Brest. Neymar, que además dio una asistencia, Kylian Mbappé, Marquinhos y Moise Kean marcaron los goles en el Parque de los Príncipes.
El partido del Parque de los Príncipes quedó decidido en menos de media hora de juego. Incluso antes, ya que, en el minuto 9’, Mbappé recibió en profundidad de Ángel Di María, superó la salida del meta Predrag Rajkovic y su intento por marcar a portería vacía acabó en el brazo de apoyo del defensa Yunis Abdelhamid al lanzarse al césped para evitar el gol.
Penalti y roja
El árbitro señaló penalti y mostró roja directa al capitán Abdelhamid, decisiones ambas que fueron ratificadas por el VAR. Neymar convirtió la pena máxima con aplomo engañando a Rajkovic y abrió el marcador.
Mbappé aprovecha el regalo en el 2-0
El Reims, que aún no tiene la permanencia matemáticamente asegurada, colaboró en el plácido triunfo del PSG al servirle en bandeja el 2-0. Fue Thomas Foket el autor del regalo con un pase muy comprometido en el área que se convirtió en una asistencia perfecta para que Mbappé la empujara a la red en carrera anticipándose al rival (24’). El crack francés se consolida como máximo realizador de la Ligue 1 con 26 tantos.
El Reims apenas asomó en ataque para inquietar al PSG y su primera llegada no llegó hasta el minuto 28, cuando su goleador Boulaye Dia, autor de 14 tantos, remató mal y el balón se paseó por delante de la portería.
Neymar se gusta
Neymar encontró en este contexto el escenario ideal para gustarse como suele y se sacó de la chistera un soberbio pase de tacón que dejó solo a Mbappé, quien quiso romper el balón y lo estrelló en el lateral de la red cuando lo más fácil parecía marcar.
La segunda mitad se jugó a un ritmo bajo. El partido estaba sentenciado, el Reims siguió cruzando en cuentagotas el centro del campo y el PSG solo tuvo acelerar sus acciones para crear oportunidades.
Marquinhos y Kean completan la goleada
Ander Herrera se animó a probar un par de disparos desde fuera del área. El primero de ellos se estrelló en el poste y Neymar, en el rechace, marcó pero estaba en fuera de juego y el gol fue anulado (58’).
Por si quedaba alguna duda Marquinhos sentenció el partido al rematar con un cabezazo picado un córner botado por Neymar. Ya sobre el tiempo reglamentario, Kean completó la goleada, tras sustituir a Mbappé, en un balón muerto que ajustó al palo a la media vuelta.
