chileno Palestino y lidera en la primera jornada al Grupo F de la Copa
Sudamericana.
El Gumarelo, apeado de la
Libertadores por el colombiano Atlético Nacional, encabeza con tres puntos la
zona F, formada además de por Palestino, por el argentino Newell's Old Boys y
Atlético Goianiense, que empataron el martes sin goles en casa de los
brasileños.
Tanto Bogarín como Oviedo, los
autores de las anotaciones, ingresaron en el segundo tiempo.
El gol de Bogarín, su primer
contacto con el balón, se produjo a los 71 minutos desde una posición sin
ángulo resuelto con tiro cruzado que batió a Cristopher Toselli.
A los dos minutos llegó el
segundo, del delantero Oviedo, otro recambio del técnico Daniel Garnero, quien
junto a Bogarín despertaron a un Libertad que desesperaba ante la firmeza en
defensa de los chilenos.
Pesó en los visitantes la
expulsión del defensa Agustín Farías en el minuto 54, y tras los goles se
mostraron rendidos, si bien aportaron pundonor para que Libertad no ampliara su
ventaja.
La primera parte pudo ser para
ambos conjuntos.
El líder del Apertura
paraguayo arrancó invadiendo los laterales de los rivales buscando el desmarque
de cabeza de Antonio 'Demonio' Bareiro y las botas de Sebastián Ferreira.
Sin embargo, la primera
ocasión de gol en ese tiempo fue del volante Bryan Carrasco, en disparo que
detuvo Martín Silva.
Libertad contrarrestó con
jugadas en ataque que no tuvieron acierto en la puerta de Toselli, muy
inspirado en esa primera mitad.
El Gumarelo siguió incordiando
y tuvo más situaciones en ese periodo que los "árabes", con Toselli
como figura.
Al final de los 45 los locales
pidieron un penalti por obstrucción dentro del área a Adrían Martínez que
desestimó el árbitro venezolano Orlando Bracamonte.
