Ousmane Dembéle, a sus 23 años, está en una encrucijada: debe decidir si quiere seguir en el FC Barcelona, donde le queda uno de contrato, o salir ya del club en busca de nuevos aires o esperar a su última temporada antes de elegir destino. Todo ello, mientras clubs que valoran su calidad, juventud y proyección están muy atentos a su situación y ya se han dirigido a su agente para conocer su predisposición a cambiar de camiseta. Los dos equipos que más se están moviendo por Dembélé son la Juventus y el Manchester United.
Mientras, otros como el Liverpoo l y el PSG están atentos porque les gusta y saben que la evolución del mercado le puede convertir en una buena pieza que cobrarse.
A su vez, el FC Barcelona también está en una tesitura complicada con el francés: debe lograr convencerle de renovar o, si no lo logra, debe ponerle en el mercado y rentabilizarlo ya este verano, porque en el siguiente se iría gratis. Y eso, con un futbolista que en 2017 costó 105 millones más variables -de los que se han pagado unos cuantos-, sería mal negocio.
Las razones de los pretendientes
La Juventus ya se movió por Dembélé la pasada temporada. El club italiano quiere oxigenar su delantera y cree que un futbolista con su velocidad le iría de maravilla. El club italiano no tiene problemas en jugar bien replegado cuando le toca defender, lo que le da ocasión de provocar buenas contras. A nivel táctico, la velocidad y la habilidad de Dembélé le hace un jugador muy preciado en el contexto italiano de defensa y contragolpe. La Serie A, además, tiene el aliciente de que tiene una fiscalidad muy favorable para los futbolistas extranjeros. De hecho, es lo que llevó a Cristiano Ronaldo a irse a la Juve. Un club que, además, ya ha trabajado con el Barça últimamente en operaciones de mercado como la que supuso el intercambio de Pjanic por Arthur.
Mientras, el Manchester United ya intentó llevarse a Dembélé cedido el pasado verano con una opción de compra. El club inglés también quiere renovar su ataque y parece que no seguirá Cavani. En todo caso, el club inglés sigue hace bastantes meses la evolución del extremo francés, con quien incluso se movió en el pasado mercado de invierno hablando con su representante, con el que tienen un contacto fluido.
Mientras, otros dos clubs potentes tienen a Dembélé en su agenda: el Liverpool y el PSG. El club inglés tiene en Jürgen Klopp a un perfecto conocedor de las cualidades del galo y, además, se plantea renovar su delantera, de la que puede salir alguno de sus tres cracks, ya sea Salah, Mané o Firmino.
Mientras, el PSG está pendiente de la renovación de sus dos figuras más mediáticas: Mbappé y Neymar. Los dos acaban contrato en 2022 y Al-Khelaifi desea retenerlos, pero por ahora está pinchando en hueso. En el verano de 2019, cuando el Barça intentó con todas sus fuerzas fichar a Ney, Dembélé fue uno de los jugadores que aceptaba incluir en la operación el PSG. Por nacionalidad, calidad y juventud, le siguen teniendo en su visor por si pasa algo con alguno de sus cracks.
El Barça espera que Dembélé se avenga a renovar ahora que ha llegado a su cénit tras varias lesiones, pero también asume que si no quiere ampliar habrá que vender y que Ousmane tiene mercado.
