Nápoles y Atalanta, próximo
rival del Real Madrid en los octavos de final de la Champions League, nos
brindaron un duelo vibrante en el Diego Armando Maradona que pudo haber caído
de cualquier lado, pero que finalizó sin goles (0-0) y emplaza a ambos equipos
a jugarse una plaza en la final de la Coppa de Italia el próximo miércoles
(20.45 horas) en Bérgamo.
Gran parte de la culpa la tuvo
la brillante actuación del guardameta David Ospina bajo palos, que con sus
intervenciones evitó que sus compatriotas, los colombianos Luis Muriel y Duvan
Zapata, le dieran ventaja a los de Gian Piero Gasperini de cara al partido de
vuelta.

Gennaro Gattuso sorprendió
saliendo sin un nueve puro y apostando por una línea de tres que ayudó a los
napolitanos a seguir sacando el balón jugado desde atrás pese a la presión alta
de una Atalanta falta de fortuna en campo contrario pero que apenas sufrió en
defensa, más allá de alguna acción aislada que se inventó Lorenzo Insigne.
La DEA se topó una y otra vez
con un inspirado Ospina, que en la primera mitad le ganó un mano a mano al más
puro estilo ‘Casillas VS Robben’ a Matteo Pessina, sustituto del ‘Papu’ Gómez
en la mediapunta, y tras la reanudación a Muriel en una acción muy valiente por
parte del meta, que se jugó el físico para evitar el tanto del ex del Sevilla.
El juego de pizarras se
mantuvo hasta que Diego Demme, tras un balonazo del neerlandés Marten de Roon
en la cara, e Insigne, con molestias, se retiraron del terreno de juego y el
Nápoles dio por bueno un resultado que intentó alterar, sin éxito, hasta el
último momento Gasperini, dando entrada a Mario Pasalic y Josip Ilicic.
Los balcánicos agitaron el
partido, pero el 0-0 no se movió y ahora los vigentes campeones visitarán el
Atleti Azzurri d’Italia con la tranquilidad que da el no haber encajado ningún
gol en casa.
