Otavio y Uribe dieron la
victoria al conjunto portugués, que ya ewstaba clasificado
A pesar de no hacer sus
deberes en casa, a Olympiacos le sirvió el tropiezo del Marsella contra el
Manchester City (3-0) para hacerse con una plaza en la Europa League. El equipo
griego cedió una derrota incontestable frente al Porto (0-2), y acabó con diez
por la expulsión de Semedo pero al final fue una noche dulce, para nada
afectado por los goles de Otavio y Uribe.
El Porto certificó su buen
papel en la fase de grupos (llegó a la última jornada ya clasificado para
octavos) con esta victoria lograda con un equipo plagado de suplentes.
Cuatro victorias, un empate y
una derrota para los ‘dragoes’ es el balance de los portugueses en esta
Champions, mientras que los del Pireo logran con tres puntos la tercera plaza
que le da acceso a la Europa League, ya que, aunque concluyen con los mismos
puntos que el Marsella, tienen el golaverage a favor.
Conceiçao aprovechó el duelo
para dar minutos a jugadores poco habituales, entre ellos el delantero español
Toni Martínez, que este año fichó por el Porto, tras una excelente campaña en
el Famalicao en la temporada pasada.
Abrió la lata en el minuto 10
el brasileño Otávio, que hacía las veces de capitán y que transformó con
maestría un penalti pitado en el minuto 10 por Felix Brych, tras tocar en la
mano de un defensor griego una bola peinada por el delantero español Toni
Martínez
Cinco minutos más tarde, un
clarísima ocasión para el delantero griego Giorgo Masouras, que en el corazón
del área y solo ante el portero Digo Costa remató a las nubes.
La primera parte apenas tuvo
ritmo y lo más sobresaliente fue la exhibición de calidad del brasileño Otávio,
que ofreció un par de pases verticales para los atacantes del Oporto, mientras
que el Olympiacos apenas mostró aptitud para llevarse el encuentro.
Tras el descanso, el técnico
luso del Olympiacos, Pedro Martins, dio entrada al extremo serbio Lazar
Randelovic, que sustituyó a Masouras para acompañar arriba al delantero
marroquí ex del Granada El Arabi.
El encuentro continuó con la
misma tónica y en el 63 Conceiçao dio entrada a los dos colombianos del Oporto,
Uribe y Diaz, en sustitución de Baró y Anderson.
Fue trascendental el cambio,
ya que los dos colombianos se encargaron de fabricar el segundo tanto en el
minuto 77, obra de Luis Díaz, para sentenciar el encuentro.
Y un minuto más tarde, el
internacional luso Semedo, que ya había sido amonestado, recibió la segunda
amarilla tras cortar una internada por la banda de Luis Días, por lo que los
griegos jugaron con uno menos los últimos doce minutos reglamentarios.
Con el 0-2, el Oporto se lleva
un encuentro que dominó de principio a fin y donde los griegos fueron incapaces
de inquietar a los lusos.
