Uno de los empleados de la
funeraria que se fotografiaron con el cadáver de Maradona se entregó en una
comisaría a causa de la investigación policial iniciada tanto por los
apoderados legales del difunto como por la ex esposa y las hijas del futbolista
Diego Antonio Molina, uno de
los empleados de la funeraria que se había fotografiado el miércoles con el
cadáver de Diego Maradona, se entregó en una comisaría a causa de la
investigación policial iniciada tanto por los apoderados legales del difunto
como por la ex esposa y las hijas del ’10’.
Molina se presentó junto con
su abogado en la Comisaría Vecinal 15A de la Policía de la Ciudad, del barrio
porteño de Chacarita, en una investigación de oficio que inició la Fiscalía por
presunta profanación de un cadáver y la violación de derechos personalísimos,
ambos delitos por lo que los tres involucrados no pueden quedar detenidos.

disculpas en ‘Radio 10’
En tanto, Claudio Fernández,
otro de los involucrados en esta acción, se expresó en declaraciones a ‘Radio
10’ y pidió disculpas: "Estábamos acomodándolo antes de llevarlo y mi
hijo, como todo pibe, levantó el pulgar y ahí se sacó la foto".
A raíz de estas investigaciones
el jueves por la noche se había estipulado el allanamiento de la casa de
sepelios Pinier, cuyos dueños se había desligado de esta acción de sus tres
empleados.
Los tres exempleados de la
funeraria Sepelios Pinier, que trabajó con el cadáver del astro del fútbol
fallecido a los 60 años el miércoles, habían sido citados a declarar por la
Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 25.
La causa investiga la
publicación de fotografías por parte de empleados con el cuerpo de Maradona,
unas imágenes que fueron tomadas antes de que el cuerpo del Diego saliera hacia
la Casa Rosada, donde se lo veló, y se viralizaron para dar la vuelta al mundo
en la jornada del jueves.
Las fotografías originales
muestran el cuerpo sin vida de Maradona, que no se ha podido ver de ninguna
otra manera puesto que el velatorio fue con el féretro cerrado.
