en el Volkswagern Arena de Wolfsburgo en el partido que abrió la novena jornada
de liga en la Bundesliga
El Wolfsburgo ganó 5-3 al
Wereder Bremen y aguantó un envite europeo para asentarse en posiciones
continentales después de sumar tres puntos en un choque que resolvió en los
últimos minutos con los tantos de Wout Werghorst y del polaco Bartosz Bialek.
El equipo dirigido por el
austríaco Oliver Glasner se acomodó de forma provisional en la quinta plaza al
inicio de la novena jornada de la Bundesliga. Con sufrimiento, ganó un choque
lleno de alternativas que al final se decantó del lado local.
Y eso que el Werder
Bremen se adelantó en el marcador por medio de Leonardo Bittencourt, que a los
trece minutos aprovechó una asistencia del japonés Yuya Osako desde la banda
izquierda para marcar a placer el primer tanto del duelo.
Poco después, Bote Baku,
con un gran zurdazo desde fuera del área, igualó el choque, que se puso del
lado del Wolfsburgo a los 25 minutos con un cabezazo de John Brooks. Josip
Brekalo, con un jugadón dentro del área, sirvió el 2-1 a su compañero tras
firmar una gran jugada.
Justo antes del descanso,
el acierto de Kevin Mohwald y el tanto de Woust Weghorst, con un remate desde
el punto de penalti, dejaron el marcador en un 3-2 que se igualó tras el
descanso con el gol en propia meta de Brooks. Entonces, con todo el segundo
tiempo por delante, hasta el minuto 76 no se solucionó el choque.
De nuevo Weghorst, con un
remate de cabeza, adelantó al Wolsfburgo, que respiró con la expulsión por
doble amonestación de Mohwald a diez minutos del final.

Bialek culminó un contragolpe para cerrar un resultado que asegurará a su
equipo terminar la jornada entre los seis primeros pase lo que pase. El Werder
