Sin sus principales
figuras, la selección alemana, que el próximo martes se enfrentará a la de
España en partido de la Nations League, venció este miércoles a la República
Checa en el Red Bull Arena de Leipzig gracias a un gol de Luka Waldschmidt.
Era el quinto partido que
el delantero del Benfica jugaba con Alemania y no lo olvidará porque su tanto,
que logró en el minuto 13, sirvió para dar el triunfo al conjunto dirigido por
Joachim Löw, que como muchos de sus colegas optó en el amistoso por hacer
rotaciones, preocupado por el calendario al que están haciendo frente sus
jugadores, aún más apretado en muchos casos por la pandemia del coronavirus.
Max (PSV) debutó con
Alemania sirviendo el centro del único gol
El debutante Philipp Max,
lateral izquierdo del PSV Eindhoven, fue quien sirvió a Waldschmidt la
asistencia del único tanto del encuentro ante los checos con un centro desde la
izquierda. Esta Alemania B pudo haber marcado más goles, pero sus delantero
desaprovecharon ocasiones muy claras. Pero los germanos ganaron tras una racha
de cuatro empates y una sola victoria en sus cinco últimos encuentros.
El sábado contra Ucrania
también en Leipzig y por supuesto ante España Löw hará al menos siete u ocho
cambios, para dar paso entre otros a Manuel Neuer, Timo Werner, Serge Gnabry,
Leroy Sané y Toni Kroos. También la República Checa alineó a un equipo con una
mayoría de suplentes.
Además de Max, debutó en
la selección alemana el lateral derecho Ridle Baku. Ambos protagonizaron un
buen estreno sobre todo en la parte ofensiva, ya que llegaron con frecuencia
con cierto peligro. Antes del gol, el meta checo, Jiri Pavlenka, había parado
un remate de Florian Neuhaus a centro de Baku desde la otra banda y el rebote
le había quedado a Max. Los checos tenían posesiones largas y hacían circular
el balón, pero no sacaron fruto de ello.
Neuhaus estrelló un balón
en el poste en el 77’. La ocasión más clara de la República Checa llegó en el
82’, en un remate de cabeza de Vydra, pero KevinTrapp reaccionó con una b uena
parada.
