El Porto compró las
papeletas para mantenerse, como poco, en Europa una vez finalice la fase de
grupos al arrollar a un Olympique de Marsella que dejó mucho que desear (3-0) y
que justificó que no sume ningún punto una vez finaliza la primera vuelta.
La acción estuvo presente
desde que empezó a rodar el balón. Marega, asistido por Corona, adelantó al
Porto en un abrir y cerrar de ojos (4’). Luego empezó el trabajo para Mateu
Lahoz, que señaló penalti a un claro derribo de Sarr sobre Thauvin. Payet, gris
este curso, lo lanzó fuera.
Sergio Oliveira aprendió
la lección y no siguió los pasos del francés. Fue derribado por Amavi al hacer
un centro lateral y desde los once metros la puso lejos del alcance de Mandanda

Solo tuvo opciones de
meterse en el partido con un supuesto penalti por mano de Oliveira, pero el VAR
lo corrigió ya que el balón dio en la mano.
Endeble y encogido, el
equipo de Villas-Boas fue superado tanto por dentro, especialmente gracias a
Corona, como por fuera. De hecho, de las botas del mexicano nació el tercer y
definitivo gol, en una brillante asistencia de tacón que culminó Luis Díaz (69’).
