El cuadro de Solskjaer se
impuso de nuevo al cuadro parisino, al que ni Neymar ni Keylor pudieron
sostener frente al gran encuentro de Bruno Fernandes y Rashford
A Solskjaer siempre le
quedará París. El lugar en el que se bautizó el noruego, escenario de grato
recuerdo para un United que regresó a la Champions para llevarse otro triunfo
de enorme prestigio (1-2). Al PSG no le bastó con el talento de sus estrellas,
ni siquiera el alarde de paradas de Keylor bajo palos, imponente hasta que
Rashford ajustó un remate a poco para el final para confirmar una victoria que
vale más que tres puntos. El United deja otra vez una imagen encomiable en
París.
Se le apagó pronto la luz
al PSG, desquiciado por un ordenado United. No se descamisó en París, poco
amedrentado por Neymar, que afrontó el encuentro con mucha flema. El brasileño
apareció a ratos, demasiado intermitente en un primer tiempo que pidió más. No solo
vale el talento para abrir a una zaga tan indescifrable como la de Solskjaer,
esta vez impenetrable, con tres centrales y con el debut de Alex Telles, cuanto
menos prometedor en su puesta en escena en Champions.
Al buen inicio del PSG le
sucedió el despertar repentino del United, que aún presume de escudo cuando
sale a Europa. Bruno Fernandes asumió ese rol que se le exige a un capitán, y
Martial puso de su parte tras provocar un penalti cometido por el atropello de
Diallo. Falló el luso por segunda vez en apenas una semana, aunque Keylor se
avanzó y Mateu Lahoz obligó repetir la ejecución. Cargado de responsabilidad,
el ex del Sporting se puso a prueba otra vez y no erró: 0-1.
Se defendió con uñas y
dientes el United, aunque el choque cambió, quizá porque también lo hizo el
estado de ánimo de unos y de otros. Bruno Fernandes pudo anotar el 0-2,
repelido por Keylor a poco para un intermedio más necesario para el PSG, un
tanto perdido en su cancha. Tiene todo a favor en Francia y cuando escapa de su
liga se estanca en ocasiones, pendiente de coronarse en Europa después de
quedarse a un paso de la gloria hace tan solo unos meses.
También tuvo su momento
De Gea, a veces cuestionado y otras venerado, capaz de negarle el 1-1 a Mbappé.
No pudo frenar el acoso definitivo del PSG, tampoco un remate envenenado de
Martial en propia puerta tras un saque de esquina. El cuadro parisino regresó de la nada y empezó a
aplastar a un United que tuvo que achicar agua, superado por Neymar y sus
socios. Sufrió el cuadro de Solskjaer, nada que no estuviera en la agenda del
noruego, que recurrió a Pogba para ganar consistencia.
Con la entrada del
francés, el United recuperó presencia y acabó mejor el encuentro que el PSG, al
que se le salió la cadena, horrorizado cada vez que tuvo que correr hacia
atrás. Martial, Fred y Bruno Fernandes articularon cada ataque hasta encontrar
a Rashford, otra vez milagroso como en marzo de 2019. Aquella vez de penalti.
Esta, tras un remate ajustado a la base de la madera que le da a Solskjaer un
triunfo para reivindicarse. A este nivel, el United le compite a cualquiera.
