El ex futbolista Clarence Seedorf ha hablado en una
entrevista concedida a Goal.com sobre la posibilidad de que Cristiano Ronaldo
bata un récord que a día de hoy sigue en poder del neerlandés, único jugador
que ha sido capaz de ganar la Champions League con tres equipos diferentes:
“Será un gran placer que Cristiano iguale mi récord. Podríamos haber hablado de
alguien distinto, ¿no? No creo que sea algo malo”, aseguró.
“Siempre seré el primero y
eso no cambiará, y los récords están ahí para ser igualados y superados.
Definitivamente la Juventus puede competir por la
Champions League. Como he dicho antes, Cristiano Ronaldo está manteniendo su
motivación y sus buenas actuaciones, así que, ¿por qué no?”, finalizó.
Siempre seré el primero y eso no cambiará
Seedorf ganó una Copa de Europa con el Ajax (1995),
dos con el Real Madrid (1998 y 2000) y dos con el AC Milan (2003 y 2007),
convirtiéndose en el primer, y de momento único futbolista de la historia en
lograr la ‘orejona’ con tres clubes distintos.
Al igual que él, el actual jugador de la Juventus de
Turín ha conseguido levantar la Champions League en cinco ocasiones, aunque con
solo dos equipos diferentes. Logró una con el Manchester United (2008) y cuatro
con el Real Madrid (2014, 2016, 2017 y 2018).
