Un tanto de Kimmich en el 82’ desequilibra la balanza para que los de Flick conquisten el que es su quinto título en 2020.
Se podría decir que fue mediante ‘la suerte del campeón’, pero en realidad la cosa trató de talento. Un gol de Kimmich, desde el suelo y tirando de genialidad, decantó la balanza este miércoles en la final de la Supercopa alemana en la que el Bayern Múnich conquistó el que es su quinto título en este 2020. Esta vez a costa de un Borussia Dortmund que puso las cosas más difíciles de lo que podía parecer después de que el Bayern en media hora se pusiera con 2-0 a favor. Llegaron a empatar los de Lucien Favre, pero el técnico suizo decidió retirar del terreno de juego a Haaland y con ello le dio alas al Bayern. No lo desaprovecharon los de Flick, que suma un título cada 8 partidos dirigidos desde que asumió el cargo del Bayern, y con el citado tanto de Kimmich lograron imponerse.
Fue un encuentro de bajas de peso. No estuvieron en el Bayern ni Leroy Sané, aquejado de un problema en su rodilla derecha, ni Alaba, con problemas musculares, ni Goretzka, que se cayó a última hora por problemas de espalda. Entre las ausencias y la falta de público en las gradas, todo quedó bastante descafeinado. Tampoco hubo sobre el césped la tensión propia de la disputa de un título. Ambos querían ganar, sí, pero ni por asomo dio la sensación de que les fuese la vida en ello.

Amplió la ventaja para el Bayern Thomas Müller (32’), uno de esos que se dejan la piel hasta en los entrenamientos, cabeceando a la red un centro de Davies desde la banda izquierda. Y al filo del descanso fue Brandt (39’) quien, aprovechando un error del Bayern en la salida de balón, le dio esperanza al Dortmund.
En la reanudación, los de Favre dieron un paso al frente, y con total merecimiento llegó el empate de Haaland (55’) al superar a Neuer en un mano a mano. Poco a poco ambos cambiaron las tornas. El noruego perdonó (con mucho mérito del portero alemán). Y como quien perdona lo acaba pagando Kimmich logró el tanto del triunfo en el 82’. Desde el suelo y con el tacón. Un gol de genio.
