Luego de su
viaje a Ecuador, aparecieron al menos 41 casos positivos en el Fla. ¿Se suspende
el partido con Independiente del Valle?
El coronavirus no
da ni un paso atrás y el último gran perjudicado por la pandemia es ni más ni
menos que el campeón de la Copa Libertadores: luego de su viaje a Ecuador,
aparecieron, según informa O'Globo, al menos 41 casos positivos dentro del
club, de los cuales 19 serían jugadores. Pero el problema se transformó en
polémica y ahora corre riesgo el partido con Independiente del Valle del
próximo miércoles.
El escándalo
nació en el viaje a Guayaquil, en el que siete futbolistas dieron positivo
antes del partido ante Barcelona y, luego, dos más, que participaron del
cotejo. A ello se sumó una foto en el vuelo de regreso a Brasil en las redes
sociales, en las que se podía observar a varias personas sin tapabocas y sin
respetar las condiciones sanitarias impuestas por CONMEBOL. Ello derivó en el
despido de uno de los encargados de comunicación de la institución, pero
también en una escalada de casos que llevaron a la Justicia al duelo ante
Palmeiras de este domingo.
Un sindicato de
empleados de clubes de Río de Janeiro elevó un reclamo al Juzgado de Trabajo
del estado carioca por "alto riesgo de contagio". En principio, el
cotejo se había suspendido, pero la CBF presentó una solicitud ante el Tribunal
Superior del Trabajo (órgano del Poder Judicial de Brasil), que permitió, diez
minutos antes de que debiera comenzar el encuentro, que se juegue. ¿Los
motivos? Que el evento se llevaría a cabo en San Pablo y no en Río.
Así, el Fla
presentó un once repleto de juveniles, solamente con Giorgian De Arrascaeta y
Gerson como usuales titulares, y, ahora, la gran duda es si podrá enfrentar a
Independiente del Valle. En principio, la suspensión era de 15 días, pero... En
caso de no poder jugar con e conjunto ecuatoriano, perderá los puntos.
