A pesar de que
el protocolo de CONMEBOL exige testeos negativos para todos los jugadores, el
Xeneize logró que los habiliten porque "no contagian".
El brote de
coronavirus que afectó al menos a 18 futbolistas de Boca complicó los planes de
Miguel Ángel Russo de cara a la reanudación de la Copa Libertadores,
especialmente porque al menos nueve de los habituales titulares del Xeneize
resultaron positivos. Sin embargo, el DT se ahorrará todos los problemas ya que
el Ministerio de Salud de Paraguay avaló el pedido formal que realizaron los
dirigentes del club de la Ribera ante CONMEBOL para que los jugadores
contagiados puedan participar del partido frente a Libertad.
Si bien el
protocolo sanitario elaborado por la Confederación Sudamericana establece
explícitamente la obligatoriedad de contar con un hisopado negativo para poder
participar de un encuentro del certamen continental, desde Boca argumentan que,
al haberse infectado hace más de 14 días, los futbolistas están de alta según
la reglamentación argentina y ya no tienen la capacidad de contagiar a otras
personas. Por esta razón, desde los organismos de salud guaraníes se apoyaron
en los protocolos internacionales para habilitar el ingreso de aquellos que hayan
cumplido el aislamiento y lleven más de 72 horas sin síntomas.
"Los que
dieron positivo mientras estén sin síntomas y hayan superado los 14 días pueden
ingresar al país sin problema. Ahora, si alguien viene con síntomas, de los que
vienen con los test negativo, no podrá jugar, no podrá entrar al país
inclusive", avisó el doctor Guillermo Sequera, titular de Vigilancia de la
Salud, en declaraciones al sitio Doble Amarilla.
Esto no cayó nada
bien en el Gumarelo, por lo que su presidente, Rubén Di Tore, se quejó
advirtiendo que "no puede ser que los paraguayos deban respetar las normas
del Ministerio y venga un extranjero a hacer otra cosa. Hay paraguayos que no
pueden abrir su negocio, pero viene un argentino y puede jugar un partido.
Estamos todos locos. No sé por qué debemos ser tan permisivos”, para agregar
que "hay que aplicar el reglamento de la CONMEBOL y listo. El que da
positivo al test no puede jugar".

Boca tendrá a prácticamente todo su plantel a disposición, luego de la tormenta
desatada con el masivo contagio en la burbuja de Ezeiza.
