El Real Madrid y el Arsenal han anunciado este jueves que Dani Ceballos volverá a jugar otra temporada cedido en el conjunto de Londres. Goal ya había informado en los últimos días que el acuerdo entre los Gunners y el conjunto español estaba prácticamente cerrado, pero ahora ya es oficial el regreso del uterano a la Premier League.
El centrocampista de 24 años se había entrenado este lunes a las órdenes de Zinedine Zidane en el primer entrenamiento de la pretemporada merengue, pero el técnico francés sigue sin contar con él y su vuelta no ha sido ni mucho menos para quedarse. El ex del Betis vuelve a ser parte de la disciplina del club que dirigie el español Mikel Arteta.
Ceballos había hecho guiños en las últimas semanas para volver precisamente al Betis, pero la operación para regresar al Benito Villamarín era imposible ya que su antiugo club no podía asumir su ficha íntegra ni los cinco millones que el Arsenal va a pagar al Real Madrid por la cesión.
En el cuadro de la capital inglesa, el utrerano jugó la pasada temporada 37 partidos y Arteta dejó claro que quería seguir contando con él: “Dani sabe muy bien lo que pienso de él. También fue bastante claro conmigo que su intención era permanecer con nosotros. Es un jugador que nos interesa porque realmente vimos en los últimos meses de la temporada lo que es capaz de aportarnos", aseguraba el ex ayudante de Pep Guardiola en el Manchester City.
