El club Xeneize
ya comunicó la suspensión de los entrenamientos y el aislamiento de todos los
integrantes de la delegación.
Desde hace
algunos días, Boca Juniors se refugió en una burbuja sanitaria para llevar a
cabo un proceso fuerte de trabajo pensando en la reanudación de la Copa
Libertadores de América. Sin embargo, este lunes hubo malas noticias.
En primera
instancia, las alarmas en la escuadra Xeneize se encendieron al máximo debido a
que varios integrantes del plantel presentaron síntomas de coronavirus. Como
consecuencia de ello, los testeos se adelantaron.
Pero
posteriormente se tomaron medidas más fuertes: el club emitió un comunicado
oficial confirmando la suspensión de los entrenamientos por las próximas 72
horas y el aislamiento de todos y cada uno de los integrantes de la delegación.
Esto se debe a
que la mencionada burbuja fue penetrada por el COVID-19 y generó un contagio
masivo. Según trascendió, 19 son los infectados por el coronavirus debido a
este brote que puso en jaque el avance en el fútbol argentino.

A falta de
confirmación oficial, 14 serían los jugadores de Boca contagiados de coronavirus,
mientras que los otros cinco se repartirían entre integrantes del cuerpo
técnico, empleados del club y trabajadores del hotel donde se hospeda el
Xeneize.
El grupo de
jugadores que presentó síntomas a primera hora de este lunes no formó parte del
primer turno de trabajos en el Centro de Entrenamiento de Ezeiza y se quedó
totalmente aislado. En tanto, Miguel Ángel Russo abandonó la concentración.
