El partido
entre el ganador de la Champions y de la Europa League, que se disputará en
Budapest el próximo 24 de septiembre, podría tener público en las gradas.
La UEFA ha
sugerido emplear la Supercopa de la UEFA, que se jugará el 24 de septiembre en
Budapest, como partido piloto en el que se podría permitir la entrada de un
número reducido de espectadores.
El organismo
futbolístico se ha reunido este miércoles con los 55 Secretarios Generales de
las federaciones miembro para discutir en particular el posible regreso gradual
de los aficionados a los partidos UEFA, un hecho que podría producirse en
septiembre de tirar adelante la propuesta hecha hoy para la Supercopa.
La UEFA mencionó
que sería muy pronto para permitir a los aficionados participar en los partidos
de la UEFA Nations League que se disputarán a principios de septiembre, y que
se deberían realizar partido(s) de prueba para estudiar con precisión el
impacto de los espectadores en los protocolos médicos actuales.
El primero de
ellos podría ser el de la Supercopa de Europa, que enfrentará al vencedor de la
Champions League con el de la Europa League.
En la reunión
también se debatió la cuestión de la cuarentena de los jugadores, en particular
para los partidos de las selecciones nacionales con jugadores procedentes de
clubes extranjeros que podrían correr el riesgo de ser sometidos a medidas de
cuarentena al regresar a su país de residencia.
