Partidos a puerta cerrada, un jefe médico acompañando cualquier movimiento de unos equipos, que deben cumplir todos los preceptos que figuran en el protocolo elaborado por la UEFA por diversos médicos, entre ellos Niko MIhic, jefe de los servicios médicos del Real Madrid.
Como punto de partida todos los árbitros, jugadores, técnicos, auxiliares y empleados de los equipos que lleguen a la final a ocho de Lisboa deberán pasar una primera prueba dos días antes de viajar hasta la capital portuguesa y cuyos resultados deberán ser enviados a UEFA. Las pruebas se repetirán ya en Lisboa. Nadie que haya dado positivo podrá viajar. Absolutamente prohibido.Todos aquellos que hayan tenido un positivo ya superado, deberán probar que la enfermedad ya está superada.
Todos los miembros de la expedición deberán mantener las más estrictas medidas de higiene, así como haber sido desinfectado el avión en el que viajaron hasta Lisboa. La llegada será a zonas vips del aeropuerto, que deberá estar preparado para poder hacer las pruebas médicas que sean requeridas. El regreso será inmediatamente sean eliminados los equipos.
Las pruebas se repetirán ya en Lisboa y no llevarán más de dos horas de tiempo su realización. Los equipos autorizarán a que si hay un positivo, se comunique a las autoridades. LA UEFA avisará con 48 horas de antelación la realización de las pruebas, indicando el lugar. Nadie que no haya pasado la prueba podrá acceder a la zona 1 de los estadios, es decir, la reservada a jugadores, técnicos y árbitros.
Presidentes y directivos (no más de diez) se recomienda que viajen por separado, que no estén en el hotel del equipo y que no tengan contacto con los jugadores, ya que ellos no serán sometidos a las pruebas. Lo ideal sería reservar un hotel por equipo. De no ser posible, habitaciones individuales y mínimo contacto con el resto de huéspedes.
En el estadio está prohibido el uso de saunas, jacuzzis o zona comunes de baños. Los masajes deberán ser en vestuarios separados con inmediata limpieza de la zona cada vez que se utilice. Se recuerda que las botellas de bebida deben ser individuales y ser desechadas cuando termine su uso. Cuerpo técnico y suplentes deben estar separados con un metro de distancia, ocupando parte de la grada.
Los recogepelotas deben llevar mascarilla y habrá entre 4 y 6 en cada partido. Deberán estar separados dos metros de los jugadores y desinfectar sus manos antes del partido y en el descanso. Los balones deben ser desinfectados en el descanso.
Los equipos no podrán saltar al terreno de juego a la vez. En la formación deberá haber un metro de distancia y no habrá apretón de manos ni nada por el estilo. Tampoco habrá escenificación alguna previa al partido. No habrá zona mixtas después de los partidos
