Valladolid El director deportivo ofrece la postura del club ante la delicada situación con el canterano.
El nombre de Miguel de la Fuente acapara durante los últimos días en Valladolid más titulares que los fichajes del equipo blanquivioleta. La situación del canterano es enrevesada a más no poder: acaba contrato en 2021 y la parte del futbolista entiende que una cláusula puede liberarle en el presente mercado a coste cero, algo que desde las oficinas del José Zorrilla se niega rotundamente. El contrato, apalabrado en mayo, espera en un cajón sin que el delantero dé señales de vida. Y Bahía, agencia del jugador, culpa a los abogados del Real Valladolid de que no se haya sellado el acuerdo.
Miguel Ángel Gómez habló por primera vez de todo el asunto en los micrófonos de Radio Marca. Y el director deportivo del Real Valladolid fue tajante. "Tiene contrato con el Valladolid hasta junio de 2021. Es un trabajador del club. Nosotros tenemos nuestro camino y debemos estar con él mínimo hasta 2021. Sabe de sobra cuál es mi intención y lo que pienso sobre lo que está ocurriendo, tanto él como su agencia".
Pero la indignación de Gómez se fue relevando según pasaban los minutos. "El Real Valladolid tiene un prestigio y no va a permitir que nadie le falte el respeto. Tenemos que mostrar una imagen a nuestro canteranos. Esto no puede ser que cada vez que llegue alguien al primer equipo nos metamos en un proceso tan largo y de tanto desgaste. El Real Valladolid no se merece lo que está ocurriendo. Es evidente que se le está faltando al respeto. Dicen cosas que no son ciertas. Gustavo Cañizares y Margarita Garay saben que todo eso es rotundamente falso", comentó en relación a la versión de Bahía. "Tenemos su visto bueno desde el mes de mayo. Nuestros abogados no han ralentizado nada. Tener a Senn y Ferrero para nosotros es un orgullo y una garantía".
La situación tras vencer el ultimátum
El director deportivo insistió en todo momento en que el acuerdo era total y que no entendía la falta de firma por parte del jugador, lo cual propició en que el Real Valladolid terminase enviando un burofax en el que instaba a Miguel y Bahía a dar una respuesta antes de este pasado lunes 27 de julio. "Se le instaba a firmar o comunicar la fecha y firma de día. Y eso no se ha dado. En un mundo de tanto mercadeo es normal que le hayan tocado otros clubes. A nada que un chaval destaca le llegan con cosas que después no fructifican. Pero eso sólo lo puede saber Miguel. La clave está en ser sinceros. Si quieres estar en el Real Valladolid lo tienes que decir. Primero dijeron que firmaban, en mayo, después en julio, después antes del playoff...si no lo firmas es que algo pasa. El Valladolid aporta cariño, paciencia y coherencia. Si ahora se quieren agarrar al ultimátum como excusa...me parece un error. Por supuesto, ha sido llamado a la pretemporada con el primer equipo".
Gómez niega también que el jugador pueda salir ahora sin que exista una compensación económica. "Si eso es como dices y se quieren agarrar ahí...las cláusulas son muy interpretables. Y si esa es la dirección que quieren tomar iremos a los jueces y tribunales. Estamos convencidos de la posición que mantenemos. El Real Valladolid se va a defender".
Por último, el andaluz mandó un mensaje a los canteranos. "El que no quiera estar en el Real Valladolid que no esté. El club está por encima de todo. Hay jugadores que no querían venir porque olíamos a Segunda y ahora los que están en Segunda son ellos".
