protocolo contra la Covid-19 durante todo un curso.
El presidente de
la Federación Italiana de Fútbol (FIGC), Gabriele Gravina, considera
“imposible” aplicar durante toda una temporada el protocolo sanitario contra la
Covid-19 que se está siguiendo en la Serie A para conseguir que a partir del 20
de junio se disputaran las 12 jornadas pendientes tras la suspensión del
campeonato en marzo debido a la pandemia.
“Estoy
muy, muy preocupado por la próxima temporada”, reconoció Gravina en
declaraciones a la emisora de radio Rai GR Parlamento. “Los equipos tendrán que
comenzar a entrenar pronto y hay mucho retraso para ponernos al corriente de
los nuevos procedimientos a seguir. No sabemos cuánto tiempo se extenderá el
estado de emergencia”, lamentó el presidente de la FIGC.
La Juventus se
proclamó el domingo campeona del ‘scudetto’ por novena vez consecutiva a falta
de dos jornadas, que se disputarán esta semana. El campeonato concluirá el
domingo y la siguiente edición empezará, a falta del anuncio oficial, apenas un
mes y medio después, el 12 de septiembre.

“Tenemos
que seguir teniéndolo en cuenta (el protocolo sanitario), pero también debemos
ser realistas. Lo aplicamos en una situación de emergencia, durante un período
de tiempo muy corto, pero seguir aplicándolo hasta el final de la próxima
temporada, con test cada cuatro días, es imposible “, dijo de forma categórica
Gravina. “Sería una violencia física contra los jugadores. Tenemos que
encontrar otras soluciones”, agregó.
