Villarreal Según el análisis de Olocip salen cuatro opciones... y el Submarino lleva trabajando por el extremo.
El Villarreal está manos a la obra en la confección de la plantilla del ejercicio 2020-21 donde ha sufrido dos bajas sensibles como son las de Bruno Soriano y Santi Cazorla a los que hay que buscar sustituto. En especial este último que ha sido, pese a sus 35 años, un jugador determinante con sus goles que le han servido a los amarillos para acabar en puestos europeos.
Según la consultora Olocip, especializada en inteligencia artificial, hay un ramillete de jugadores prototipo que podrían servirle al Villarreal para suplir el rol clave de Cazorla estos dos últimos años, pero en especial la campaña que ha acabado recientemente. Jugadores como Óscar Rodríguez y Kubo (cedidos por el Real Madrid a Leganés y Mallorca respectivamente), José Campaña (Levante) o incluso, un desconocido como Sergio Peña (del Emmen de Holanda) son los jugadores que la matemática más y mejor ajusta al perfil de rendimiento que ha mostrado Santi Cazorla.
De hecho, el estudio deja un perfil claro que no es otro que Óscar Rodríguez que esta campaña ha despuntado en el Leganés y por el que el Villarreal está trabajando. De hecho, lo tiene avanzado.
Ahora bien, la reciente llegada de Emery abre la vía Campaña que es otro jugador del agrado del técnico vasco.
Retrato robot
El retrato robot quedaría de tal forma: en la faceta ofensiva, el jugador que marcaría más goles sería Óscar Rodríguez (entre 7 y 8 goles si aproximadamente jugase el 100% de los minutos en liga) y también efectuaría más disparos.
Sergio Peña destacaría en asistencias (entre 7 y 8). A su vez, el peruano nacionalizado español, sobresaldría en centros y pases en profundidad.
Kubo sería el jugador más vertical y con mayor número de regates, aunque los que realizaría Campaña serían más efectivos.
Defensivamente, Peña, ex del Granada, sería el jugador que más entradas realizaría; pero Campaña tendría más efectividad.
En pases bloqueados, el jugador que actualmente milita en los Países Bajos también estaría por encima; así como en recuperaciones de balón. En cuanto a intercepciones y despejes destacaría la labor del jugador del Levante.
Kubo sería el jugador menos veces regateado y Peña desctacaría tanto en aéreos totales como efectivos.
En capacidad de pase, José Campaña estaría por encima del resto, tanto en pases totales como en efectividad. A su vez, sería un jugador más fiable y con menores ratios de pérdida de posesión si jugase en el conjunto amarillo.
Criterios de búsqueda
De hecho, los criterios seguidos para la identificación de jugadores similares a Cazorla han sido: la búsqueda de similares según rendimiento en equipo de destino y no basado en equipo de origen: capacidad de jugar en la misma posición (centrocampista) y tener rol similar a Cazorla, el número de minutos jugados: superior a 1.500 minutos en la presente temporada, la situación actual en el mercado, jugadores jóvenes, con potencial y margen de crecimiento alto, con una revalorización del precio a invertir y, la última, el valor de mercado adaptado a las recientes inversiones económicas del Villarreal, priorizando que terminen contrato en la presente campaña o jugadores con posibilidad de cesión. Ese rastreo se ha efectuado dentro de nueve ligas: LaLiga, Segunda División, Bundesliga, Premier League, Serie A, Ligue 1 y 2, Liga NOS, Eredivise.
