Belloso, alto directivo del ente rector del fútbol sudamericano, fue
absolutamente contundente.
En los últimos
días se conocieron avances en torno al regreso de las competencias en
Sudamérica. De hecho, Conmebol fue optimista con respecto a las fechas
establecidas.
La idea del ente
rector del fútbol sudamericano es que todos sus torneos se reanuden en el mes
de septiembre. Sin embargo, el contexto no es lo mismo en todos los países.
Si bien la
situación de Argentina se presenta más favorable que en otros países en cuanto
a infectados y fallecidos por coronavirus, dicha nación todavía no vislumbra
una salida clara.
Como consecuencia
de ello, Gonzalo Belloso, director de desarrollo de la Confederación
Sudamericana de Fútbol, fue contundente y avisó que no se puede esperar a
ningún país.
"Por los
datos que tenemos pensamos que en septiembre podríamos estar compitiendo en
toda Sudamérica", comenzó manifestando. Lo cierto es que, en Argentina, se
avisó que los entrenamientos volverían recién cuando todo el país se encuentre
en Fase 4.
"El
protocolo nuestro es que cada equipo va a tener 15 días entrenando.
Lamentablemente no podemos esperar a un país por situaciones que son
extradeportivas, de política u organización", añadió Belloso.
"Al torneo
lo hace grande que jueguen los 10 países y esperamos ansiosamente que
participen todos. En todo caso, si algún país no puede jugar, veremos la
posibilidad de que juegue en otro lado", completó.

Totalizan así US$ 85.000.000 puestos a disposición por la Confederación desde el inicio de esta situación tan excepcional.
