La AFA envió a
los clubes de Primera la normativa bajo la que se regirá el regreso a los
entrenamientos. Falta la aprobación del Ministerio de Salud.
El fútbol
argentino dio un paso muy importante para el regreso, al menos de los
entrenamientos. AFA elaboró el protocolo sanitario que deberán seguir los
clubes cuando se reanude la actividad y este lunes lo envió a la Liga
Profesional de Fútbol, que se los hizo llegar a todos los clubes de la máxima
categoría para que empiecen a preparar todo lo necesario para poder retomar el
trabajo.
Por el momento,
de todos modos, no hay una fecha estimativa para la vuelta de las prácticas
porque la normativa aún no fue enviada al Ministerio de Salud, el organismo que
deberá determinar si se habilitan las prácticas Sin embargo, en las últimas
horas el jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, había reconocido que el Gobierno
estaba trabajando en la elaboración de un protocolo para el fútbol, por lo que
es más que probable que haya luz verde para empezar a preparar la vuelta al
ruedo.
El protocolo
elaborado por AFA, realizado a partir "de numerosas conversaciones
celebradas entre dirigentes, Cuerpos Médicos, y diferentes representantes de la
familia del fútbol argentino", establece que en un primer momento sólo
podrá haber prácticas con un máximo de seis futbolistas en la misma cancha, tal
como ocurrió en los distintos países de Europa que ya retomaron su actividad.
Las directivas
establecen también que cada integrante del plantel (tanto futbolistas como
miembros de los cuerpos técnicos) deberá ser testeado al menos cinco veces al
mes: habrá un primer testeo 72 horas antes de reanudar la actividad (a fin de
evitar falsos negativos), un segundo el día que se retomen formalmente las
prácticas y luego habrá pruebas semanales. Cada kit tendrá un costo de 1500
pesos, por lo que, según la estimación de AFA, los clubes deberán destinar 750
mil pesos mensuales en testeos.
En cuanto a las
medidas de sanidad, será obligatorio desinfectar regularmente los predios de
entrenamiento, los elementos utilizados, los sitios donde se preparen las
comidas y los canales de distribución. También deberá trabajarse con el mínimo
personal posible, para reducir riesgos de contagio.
Más allá de estas
medidas, que en principio sólo podrán ser afrontadas por los clubes de Primera,
por ahora no hay certezas sobre el regreso de los campeonatos: "Es
importante entender que solo se podrá jugar al fútbol cuando los beneficios
para la salud, la sociedad y la economía superen los riesgos de la
enfermedad", afirma el texto de la AFA.
