relató su infancia en France Football "Durante mucho tiempo he pesado
alrededor de 20 kilos. Era muy delgado, no muy alto. Siempre fui el más pequeño

Robert
Lewandowski ha concedido una entrevista a France Football en la que repasa,
entre otros temas, las dificultades al inicio de su carrera, su rutina los días
de partido o sus opciones a ganar el Balón de Oro.
Balón de Oro:
"Estuve en diciembre en la entrega de premios. Ya veremos. Lo que trato de
hacer es mostrar siempre lo mejor de mí mismo, ganar títulos y marcar más goles.
Pero es algo que viene con trofeos colectivos. Eso es lo más importante. El
Balón de Oro, no lo pienso. Incluso si en mi vida creo que todo es posible...
".
Infancia:
"Era tímido y pequeño. Durante mucho tiempo he pesado alrededor de 20
kilos. Pero no era tan importante porque lo que quería hacer era solo jugar.
Era muy delgado, no muy alto. Siempre fui el más pequeño del equipo y el más
delgado. Cuando cambiaron la categoría dos años, porque, cuando tenía ocho
años, la categoría no existía, había que ir directamente con los de 10 años. A
esta edad, dos años es una gran diferencia. Llegué tarde físicamente. Pero fue
cuando aprendí mucho".
Rutina en día de
partido: "No como carne el día del partido. Es demasiado pesado para mi
cuerpo. Así que como luz, eso es lo que necesito. La comida depende de varios
datos: cuándo es el partido, a qué hora... Si comes arroz o pasta, te traerá
grandes beneficios en términos de energía a muy corto plazo. Pero con el
tiempo, no ganas nada. Lo más importante es que en casa o después del partido,
hacemos este paso extra. Por supuesto, si intentas esto por primera vez, no
verá ningún efecto. Pero juntas, estas atenciones adquieren significado, y ahí
es donde existen todos los beneficios".
Goles: "En
un partido, no es fácil (anotar). Especialmente cuando estás cansado. El 90% de
los objetivos, es la cabeza la que funciona y tu nivel de concentración lo que
influye. Si estás cansado, su pensamiento será más lento automáticamente. Y el
espacio-tiempo no se reduce. En el área de penalización, solo tenemos 0,1
segundo, tal vez 0,2, para reflexionar, tomar nuestra decisión e interactuar
con la pelota. Aquí es donde llegamos al entrenamiento, porque no hay otro
lugar para construir movimientos y disparos automáticos. Ya sea que estén en el
pie izquierdo, en el pie derecho, lo que sea. Tienes que estar listo Ni
