El nuevo look de Jadon Sancho y sus compañeros en el Borussia Dortmund pasará a la historia como el corte de pelo más caro en la Bundesliga. Tal y como anunció el órgano de competición a través de un comunicado, se impondrá una sanción económica a Sancho y Manuel Akanji, dos de los, presuntamente, seis jugadores del BVB que, según Bild, se habían dejado cortar el pelo por un peluquero en casa sin portar mascarillas y tomar medidas de seguridad. Se desconoce la cantidad exacta de la multa.
Queda al descubierto, por tanto, la doble vara de medir por parte de la DFL, federación liguera en Alemania que, hace dos semanas, no impidió la cuarentena voluntaria a la que se sometió Heiko Herrlich, entrenador del Augsburgo, tras haberse saltado el protocolo de seguridad al salir a comprar pasta de dientes en un supermercado cercano al hotel de concentración del equipo. Muy a diferencia de los jugadores del Dortmund, que podrán estar sobre el terreno de juego el sábado cuando el conjunto negriamarillo se enfrente al Hertha de Berlín.
Es más, la federación explica que los demás jugadores que se dejaron cortar el pelo por el famoso peluquero Winnie Nana Karkari, conocido como “Fresh Prince“ de Düsseldorf, se debe a que sus fotos subidas a la red social Instagram no permiten distinguir con seguridad si, a diferencia de Sancho y Akanji, llevaban las mascarillas puestas o no. Sin embargo, en una foto que muestra a Raphael Guerreiro con Karkari se puede apreciar, sin ningún tipo de dudas, que tanto el jugador como el estilista no estaban portando mascarilla.
Es más, la falta de mano dura por parte de la DFL es más evidente aún cuando se consulta el tan alabado protocolo de seguridad que habilitó la vuelta de la Bundesliga es bastante claro: impide que los jugadores reciban todo tipo de visitas durante el resto de la competición y obliga que reduzcan sus contactos con el exterior a un mínimo posible. Es más, incluso hubieran podido cortarse el pelo durante los días previos a pasar la semana de cuarentena obligatoria para todos los equios antes de la vuelta de la máxima competición alemana.
Cuando medios y aficionados alemanes esperaban el cumplimiento estricto del plan sanitario por parte de jugadores y de la federación, la DFL optó por una sanción que sabe a muy poco y unas líneas bastante estériles en su comunicado: “La DFL impone sanciones económicas a Manuel Akanji y Jadon Sancho. Los jugadores del Borussia Dortmund habían infringido, conscientemente, las normas de higiene y proteccióncontra infecciones y, en particular, el concepto médico de la DFL. Se puede apreciar en las fotos publicadas en las redes sociales“, dicta un comunicado que está siendo interpretado como un insulto hacia todos los sectores de la vida social que sí cumplen las normas.
A pesar de que la sanción podría haber sido mayor, a Sancho no le gustó nada la sanción y denunció en las redes sociales que la Bundesliga tomara esa decisión: "De absoluta broma, DFL“.
