El presidente
del Lyon presentará un recurso ante la máxima instancia administrativa de
Francia junto a los 20 equipos de la Ligue 1.

sigue sin cesar en su intento de reanudar la Ligue 1. El presidente del
Olympique de Lyon ha confirmado a RMC Sport que presentará un recurso ante el
Consejo de Estado para reclamar un perjuicio de 800 millones de € tras la
finalización de la temporada del fútbol francés. Esta reclamación judicial será
presentada por todos los equipos de la Ligue 1, que finalmente han decidido
unirse a Aulas en su intento de salvar la economía.
"Hay una
voluntad de los equipos de la Ligue 1 para presentar un recurso contra el
Consejo de Estado respecto a la finalización de la Ligue 1. Todos los equipos
de Francia están de acuerdo en que el máximo responsable de esto es el Estado.
Desde el momento que el Estado decide el 28 de abril parar el fútbol, hay que
pedirle explicaciones y un perjuicio de 800 millones de €", dijo a la
radio francesa.
Además, el
carismático presidente subrayó que los equipos franceses quieren evitar abonar
las altas cargas patronales y sociales que pagan anualmente y que suponen un
perjuicio añadido para su economía actual: "El fútbol no va aparte, es
como las agencias de viajes que se han beneficiado de esta medida. Es una
demanda que formulo para que los clubes franceses se vean beneficiados y no
tengan tantas cargas".
Aulas ha tenido
que presentar el recurso ante el Consejo de Estado ya que el Tribunal
Administrativo de París, de menor instancia, desestimó las acciones legales que
el del Lyon interpuso hace varias semanas para intenta reanudar la temporada de
la Ligue 1. En Francia, es el Consejo de Estado el tribunal de mayor instancia
de derecho administrativo.
