semana pasada, de los 1.750 test, hubo ocho positivos.
La Premier League
confirmó este miércoles que, de los 1.008 test realizados los días 25 y 26 de
mayo, a jugadores y empleados esta semana, cuatro han dado positivo por
coronavirus. Estos cuatro positivos han sido en tres clubes diferentes, pero la
liga prefiere no desvelar las identidades de los mismos.
La Premier llegó
a un acuerdo con los clubes para que los jugadores y empleados se realicen test
dos veces a la semana. La semana pasada, de los 1.744 test, ocho dieron
positivos (6 positivos en 3 clubes, en 748 test, y después 2 positivos en 2
clubes, en 996 test). Además, la Premier aumentará el número de exámenes que
los clubes reciben de 50 a 60 y habrá una segunda ronda de pruebas a finales de
semana.
Los jugadores y
empleados contagiados tendrán que pasar siete días de aislamiento. Los
diferentes entes involucrados en el desarrollo de la liga aprobaron este
miércoles la vuelta a los entrenamientos de contacto, en lo que supone la fase
2 del retorno del fútbol.
Este jueves habrá
una reunión entre los clubes y la Premier para seguir hablando sobre el
proyecto reinicio y con la intención de alcanzar un acuerdo sobre la fecha
definitiva para la vuelta de la liga.
