El campeonato del
país báltico se ha reanudado en la segunda jornada tras suspenderse en marzo
una vez jugada la primera.
Estonia se
convirtió hoy en el tercer país europeo en reanudar su liga después de dos
meses de parón debido a la pandemia de coronavirus. Islas Feroe empezó la
temporada el 9 de mayo y la Bundesliga regresó el sábado, mientras Bielorrusia
es el único que no ha detenido su campeonato y se sigue disputando incluso con
público en las gradas.
En Estonia, cuya
liga de paralizó tras celebrarse la primera jornada entre el 6 y el 8 de marzo,
los partidos tendrán lugar a puerta cerrada. Hoy se han jugado tres encuentros
de la segunda fecha con estos resultados: Talllinna JK Legion-Levadia Tallinn,
0-2; Kuressaare-Nomme Kalju, 0-2 y Paide Linnameeskond-Tulevik Viljandi, 1-2.
Mañana tendrán
lugar los dos restantes en un campeonato de 10 equipos que se disputa en el año
natural. Su reanudación se produce dos días después de que el gobierno de
Estonia levantara el estado de emergencia declarado el 12 de marzo debido a la
pandemia.

personas en el estadio
Se mantienen
ciertas restricciones y las competiciones deportivas al aire libre deben
realizarse a puerta cerrada con un máximo de 100 personas presentes en los
estadio, incluidos los dos equipos, entrenadores y árbitros.
Esta medida se
levantará en julio y el número máximo de espectadores para un evento al aire
libre aumentará a 1.000 personas por lo que ya podrán acceder aficionados.
La federación
también decidió acortar el campeonato de 36 a 32 partidos para los seis mejores
equipos al finalizar la fase regular y 30 para los otros cuatro.
