El Tribunal de
Arbitraje del Deporte (TAS) ha fijado la audiencia de la apelación del
Manchester City contra la sanción impuesta por la UEFA de excluirle de las
competiciones internacionales europeas durante las dos próximas temporadas para
los días 8, 9 y 10 de junio.
El alto tribunal
deportivo ha hecho públicas este martes las audiencias previstas hasta finales
de agosto, buena parte de las cuales serán por videoconferencia ante las
restricciones impuestas por las autoridades de los distintos países para viajar
por la pandemia de la COVID-19, aunque no especifica cuales.
El club inglés
apeló la sanción impuesta por la UEFA de dos años sin jugar, así como le impuso
una multa de 30 millones de euros, por incumplir el juego limpio financiero
marcado por el organismo continental.
La relación de
audiencias publicada comienza el 25 de mayo, con dos en las que estará
implicada la SD Huesca por el caso del jugador sueco nacionalizado iraní Saman
Ghoddos, que en su día se negó a incorporarse al equipo y recaló en el Amiens
francés, pese a haber llegado el club aragonés a un acuerdo con su conjunto de
origen, el Ostersunds sueco, y con el jugador, que pasó el reconocimiento
médico y firmó el contrato y la ficha federativa.
Acaba la lista
del TAS con el caso del exdirigente brasileño Ricardo Terra Teixeira y la FIFA,
fijado para el 24 de agosto.
