Simone Inzaghi's side booked their place in the final in Munich later this month with an incredible 4-3 win over Barcelona, the visitors coming from 2-0 down to lead 3-2 before Simone Inzaghi's turned the tie on its head once more. Davide Frattesi netted an extra-time winner in a game that had the football world catching its breath.

Barcelona had been seconds away from progressing to the final themselves, Raphinha putting them 3-2 up on the night with just three minutes of the 90 to play.
